Construction & Mounting Trust # 30 consists of 7 separate business units:

Construction department No.85 (CD-85) and construction department No.151 (CD-151)

Construction department #85 (CD-85) and construction department # 151 (CD-151) are general contractors.

CD-85 is engaged in construction and renovation of residential, public and industrial buildings and structures. Head of department is Leontij Korol.

CD-151 performs general construction of all types of buildings, structures of any complexity, installation of precast concrete structures, stell structures, monolithic concrete structures, and participates in reconstruction of all types of buildings and structures, including historically significant. CD-151 has significant experience in building sewage treatment plants, industrial plants, high-rise residential buildings, housing in the countryside. Management has experience in construction of buildings of modern construction. CD-151 has experience building residential property abroad, in such highly developed cities as St. Petersburg. Head of department is Ivan Belko.

Construction finishing department No.52 (CD-52)

CD-52 is a specialized construction department. While it does not take part in construction work itself, it takes an active role in the finishing stage.

The scope of work of CD-52 includes:

  • External work - plaster of facades, thermal readjustment, facades from any materials
  • Interior work – working with simple, improved, and high-quality coating material
  • Interior painting - working with a simple, improved, and high-quality coating material
  • Exterior painting – working with simple and improved coating material
  • External and internal lining
  • Upholstery work
  • Work with plaster-board
  • Installation of various types of ceilings using high range of materials
  • Installation of floors – using synthetic materials and tile, monolithic coating, continuous (seamless) coating

Department of Machinery and Special Works No.220 (DMSW-220)

DMSW-220 performs installation and repair of pavement pedestrian areas, construction of sewerage, landscaping. DMSW-220 performs all types of excavation work, leases construction equipment to commercial companies and offers services using such construction equipment to individuals. Head of the department is Michael Yenko.

Department of Installation and Electrical Work (DIEW)

DIEW scope of work includes the following:

  • electrical work;
  • low-power work;
  • project design office.

The department offers a wide range of services to its clients:

  • Design, installation, adjustment of communication and security systems;
  • Development of sections of project documentation for:
    • Engineering equipment, networks and systems (electricity, lighting);
    • Construction and other special installation work.
  • Electrical work (networks and systems of electricity and lighting);
  • Designing of the automatic fire alarm systems;
  • Installation and adjustment of the automatic fire alarm systems and smoke protection systems;
  • Design, installation and adjustment of network, video, television, and LAN (local area network).

Department ofProduction of Reinforced Concrete Structures (PCS)


PCS produces reinforced concrete and concrete products and structures, tile, concrete and mortar. Businesses and individuals can purchase these products at attractive prices. Head of the department is Ivan Troyan.

Office of Housing and Utilities (OHU)


OHU is a separate structural subdivision characterized by private ownership, which is engaged in complex work related to maintenance and servicing of residential houses and dormitories. Head of the department is Gennady Yaskevich.
