Upon conclusion of the World War II, the government and people of the city of Grodno were faced with an urgent task: to return the native city and the region to normalcy in the shortest time, to recover from the ruins industrial plants, residential buildings, shops, schools and other facilities. This difficult but noble task was performed by highly skilled workers of our organization.

Historical facts:

  • October 20, 1944  - Grodno Oblast Council adopted a decision on the resumption of activities of the regional building trust
  •  September 3, 1953 - Grodno Oblast construction trust renamed Trust #10
  • June 30, 1957 - on the basis of the Trust #10 created Grodno Oblast Construction  Trust #11
  •  January 1, 1978 - Construction  Trust #11 transformed into the Industrial Construction & Mounting Association “Grodnopromstroy "
  • October 1, 1979 - from the Construction & Mounting Industrial Association "Grodnopromstroy" launched Construction & Mounting Trust #30
  • May 1, 1992 - Construction & Mounting Trust #30 re-named into a rental Construction & Mounting Trust #30
  • February 7, 2000 - the rental Construction & Mounting Trust #30 is transformed into an open joint stock company "Construction & Mounting Trust # 30".
CMT-30 has been performing construction of buildings for the past 65 years! Our talented and industrious workforce is responsible for construction of such unique items as:

  • JSC "Grodno Azot";
  • RUPE "Radiovolna";
  • Grodno building materials plant;
  • Grodno spinning-thread plant;
  • Grodno Glass plant;
  • Grodno Regional Drama theater
  • and others.
The experts of the Construction & Mounting Trust  No.30 have built hundreds of sites, about 2 million square meters of housing, dozens of childcare facilities and social facilities.
